Notice is hereby given an application for earth excavation from G2 Holdings LLC property on 767 Rte 10 , TAX MAP # 407 , LOT 151; was submitted to the Planning Board on Tuesday, April 04, 2023. In accordance with RSA 155-E:7 a public hearing will be held on
May 02, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Gilsum Public Library 650 Rte 10, Gilsum NH.
Prior to the public hearing an informational public meeting will be held on site at the Gordons gravel pit located at 767 Rte 10 Gilsum NH at 5:30 pm
The project proposes the expansion, excavation and reclamation gravel pit at 767 NH Route 10 in Gilsum, New Hampshire. The proposed gravel pit will have an approximate disturbance footprint of 343,500 SF. 1,815,334 SF of the property will remain undisturbed. Access to the property will be upgraded and a driveway meeting current local and state regulations will be constructed. All drainage runoff will be contained within the site and be discarded through an infiltration pond to prevent runoff from leaving the site.
The permit application, including plans that show the proposed project are available for viewing at the Gilsum Town Office during Town Clerk and Selectmen’s hours as posted on www.Gilsum-NH.Gov
