The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears and acts upon appeals for granting variances, special exceptions, equitable waivers and administrative decisions under the zoning ordinance.

Newspaper publication – $200.00
The approved minutes from Gilsum ZBA Public and regular meetings are posted in the Town Clerk’s office for public inspection. The minutes may also be requested by email as a PDF by contacting the ZBA at zoningboard@gilsum-nh.gov The Gilsum Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet Sunday April 2nd, 2023 at 4:00pm in the Gilsum Public Library.
