Please be advised that notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at the Gilsum Town Offices the Gilsum Planning Board will act on the following:
(1) the submission of and a public hearing on an application from SUR Construction West, LLC for a three-lot subdivision at 57 Alstead Hill Road, Tax Map 408, Lot 30 in the Rural Residential District; and (2) a public hearing on amendments to the Site Plan Review Regulations intended to bring the Regulations into compliance with state law regarding the processing of applications.
Written concerns should be submitted to the Gilsum Town Office before the meeting. The supporting documents for these submissions are available for review at the Gilsum Town Offices during regular business hours.
